How to Create Planned or Past Downtime from Kypeco's Smart Devices?

Here you will learn how to create Downtime that is determined (Planned or Past Downtime where both start and end time are known) with its reason code using the fab icon on Kypeco for mobile or tablet.

Steps:

1. Tap on the fab icon.

2. Select Add Downtime.

3. Select Determined.

4. Add the start and end date-time or duration of the downtime.

5. Select a reason code from Levels 1, 2 and 3.

6. Touch Add Downtime. Simple as!
