Kypeco MES | Unplanned or Ongoing Downtime from Kypeco's Smart Devices

Here you will learn how to create Downtime that is undetermined (Unplanned Downtime where only the start time is known and end time is unknown) with its reason code using the fab icon on Kypeco for mobile or tablet.

Steps:

1. Tap on the fab icon.

2. Select Add Downtime.

3. Select Undetermined.

4. Add the start date-time of the downtime.

5. Select a reason code from Levels 1, 2 and 3.

6. Touch Add Downtime. Simple as!
