## Steps:

1. Click on **Menu** and go to **Issue and Concern Tracker**.
2. **Double-click** on an **Issue card** that you want to modify.
3. On the Issue Panel that opens, click on **Attachments**.
4. Click on **Browse** and **select a file from your computer**.
5. Click **Save**. Easy As!
