Setting up a line's OEE KPI benchmarks will help in tracking the production progress and operational efficiency. Follow the steps given below for a simplified configuration!
Go to Application Configuration for Admins from the Kypeco Menu.
Select OEE KPI Benchmarks.
To add new metrics, click on Modify in Choose type on the Performance Metrics screen.
Set the low, good and average limits based on performance, availability, and quality targets manually.
To save these settings, click Save.
To reset values to defaults, click on Reset at the bottom of the page.
Note:
To copy the targets from a different line, simply click on Copy from and select the designated line.
