How to Update or Remove a Reject Reason Code?

Modifying a Reject Reason Code:

1. Click on the pencil icon on the right of the record you want to update. The Update Reject Reason panel will open;

2. Make the necessary edits on the panel (Change the reason code, add a comment or tag equipment).

3. Click on Save. All done!

Deleting a Reject Reason Code:

1. Click on the trash bin icon on the right of the record you wish to delete.

2. When the "Are you sure?" window shows, click on Delete to confirm.
