How to Add an Unplanned Downtime on Smart Devices?

Here you will learn how to create Unplanned Downtime with its reason code and equipment involved using the fab icon on Kypeco.

Steps:

1. Tap on the circular Fab icon.

2. Select Add Downtime.

3. Select Unplanned Downtime.

4. Add the start date-time of the downtime.

5. Select the duration of the unplanned downtime. OR

6. If the end time is known, add the end date-time.

7. Select a reason code from Levels 1, 2 and 3.

8. (Optional): Tag equipment concerned with downtime.

9. Touch Add Downtime. Simple as!
