Select Configure Quality Control Report (QCR) Forms. When the blank QCR form opens, you can either use the placeholder headers to add SKU quality control data OR make the form your own by customizing the headers. Select a line by clicking Add a Line. Select an SKU by clicking Choose an SKU. Add the necessary data and segments. Once all the mandatory fields have been filled, click Save! Once done, your QCR form template will be displayed on the right side of the page along with any other pre-existing forms.
