How to Start a New Downtime Instantly on Smart Devices?

Starting a downtime instantly on your smart device is as easy as can be. Use the steps explained below to mark a Line's Downtime as soon as it occurs.

Steps:

1. Tap on the circular Fab icon.

2. Select Add Downtime.

3. Select Start Downtime.

4. Add the start time of the downtime.

5. Select a reason code from Level 1, 2 and 3.

6. (Optional): Tag an equipment concerned with the downtime.

7. Touch Start Downtime.

Simple as! The Line will now be marked as Down i.e. an ongoing downtime.
