How to Add Performance Reason Code from Kypeco's Smart Devices?

Report poor performance or failures by assigning a reason code from the steps explained below.

1. Go to Pacing Board.

2. Click on an hour from a shift.

3. Select the Reason Code from Level 1, 2, and 3.

4. Optional: Tag an equipment if necessary.

5. Click Save. Easy As!
