Modifying a Performance Reason Code:

Click on the pencil icon on the right of the record you want to update. The Update Performance Reason panel will open;

Make the necessary edits on the panel (Change the reason code, add a comment or tag equipment).

Deleting a Performance Reason Code:

Click on the trash bin icon on the right of the record you wish to delete.

When the "Are you sure?" window shows, click on Delete to confirm.
