If you upload job details from third-party CSVs or ERPs, their fields can differ in naming conventions from Kypeco's default. This is why the Job Properties Mapper helps you to customize the field names of the Work-Orders of your Site. The System Administrator can access this feature from the Application Configuration for Admins and make the necessary changes to implement it across the Site.
By default, Kypeco already has preset fields, which is why this is an optional account set-up step. You can come back to it any time to reset or modify system required fields, user-defined fields and predefined fields.
Once the fields have been changed, click Save and you're good to go!
